Highly recommend the steak diane and horseradish potatoes. The cream sauce is rich but it tasted so good. Make it!

The pomagranate (sp?) martini is delicious! And no trouble to make. My guests loved it.

Has anyone tried the steak Diane using olive oil instead of butter? I love butter as much as the next person, but that's a lot even for me.

Donna,
Paula is notorious for her butter. I agree that it's a lot, but it was still worth it! Next time, I will make it lighter. I'm going to try 1 Tbsp. butter and 3 Tbsp. olive oil for the veggies and then 1 Tbsp. each olive oil and butter for the steaks.
