Your favorite proteins sizzle atop a non-stick griddle while individual dishes underneath melt cheese over vegetables and other toppings.
Our new 8-Person Red Classic Party Grill from Swissmar is ideal for family dinners or intimate gatherings with friends. Diners can choose their own toppings, sauces, or cheeses to place in one of eight small dishes that heat under the griddle top. The rectangular non-stick griddle is reversible, with round molds on one side for crepes and pancakes. Use it for grilling sandwiches, eggs, and bacon, too.
The grill is made of stainless steel coated in bright red enamel. It features a variable temperature setting and 1,200 watts of power. Included with this party grill are eight raclette dishes and eight spatulas for scraping the melted cheese and toppings off the raclette dishes.

Raclette is a delectable Swiss cheese dish that has been popular in Europe for centuries. Shepherds tending their flocks in the mountains of Switzerland melted cheese by the fire and then drizzled it onto potatoes and pickles.
With the Swissmar Raclette Party Grill, you can make personalized, healthful, fun meals in minutes. Any semi-firm melting cheese will work with our gourmet raclette. Cheese and sauces can be heated in small dishes under the grill, while meats and seafood sear on the griddle above. The melted cheese and sauces are then scraped onto diners' plates along with the grilled meats and vegetables. A traditional raclette meal is accompanied by small boiled potatoes, gherkins, pickled onions and freshly ground pepper. White wine, a cool light beer, or tea completes the meal.
